Not to mention all the energy that is wasted due to dryers running way too long due to inadequately maintained dryer vents. We felt that this is inexcusable and that these issues could be greatly decreased or eliminated with more awareness and proactivity.

Jason was great. He offered to either replace the transitional vent or told me the exact one to get a Home Depot and we could take care of that part ourselves. After he took care of my dryer vent he also looked at a couple of small house projects for me. He let me know how to either take care of it myself or how much he would charge to come take care of them for me if I desired. It was wonderful costumer service!
